You may cancel within 7 days of payment for a 100% full refund. After 7 days, no refund is issued for unused time — except where our technician was unable to fix your issue or caused damage to your device during a session. For monthly plans, cancellation stops future billing immediately.

All plans include unlimited remote support sessions for the duration of your subscription. There is no cap on sessions — we work with you until every issue is fully resolved, at no extra charge.

Each plan includes a set number of devices: Basic covers 1, Pro covers 2, and Premium covers 3. Need more? Extra devices cost $12.99/mo (Basic), $14.99/mo (Pro), or $17.99/mo (Premium). Select your total device count above and the price updates automatically.

Absolutely. All card payments are processed through Stripe with 256-bit SSL encryption — PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We also accept eCheck and buy-now-pay-later options. We never store your card details on our servers.

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, we'll prorate the remaining time on your current plan toward the new one. Contact our support team to switch.
